Dr. Katy Fox is a social anthropologist, educator, and community organizer passionate about resilience, cultural transformation, and preparing for a post-growth world. She founded Mycelium, an ecosocial design agency, to explore regenerative living, permaculture, and community resilience in the face of ecological overshoot and societal collapse.
Katy has worked on regenerative agriculture and co-living projects like Ferme du Bout du Monde and has experience in hospital teaching, bridging the gap between healthcare, making meaning in the 21st Century, and social change. She’s deeply involved in supporting local initiatives that build resourcefulness and adaptability for uncertain futures.
