This will be my third course as a leader. I’m a fine arts photographer, a yoga and meditation instructor, and a coach dedicated to helping people achieve a better state of mind and spirit. My mission is to assist others in discovering joy and clarity in their lives, even amidst the chaos we currently face. Those I work with often value the calmness and wisdom I bring to our sessions. As I delve deeper into this material, I recognize how crucial it is to share this knowledge with as many people as possible.
