It was based on Experiential and\/or Outdoor Adventure Based Learning for organizations. Essentially we provided a safe environment for leaders and management teams to have a deep awareness and connect the lessons of experience to their humanity, life, work, and clarity of purpose. Being severely dyslexic all my life I best learn by experience and have accumulated a wide range of abilities and interests in more than one field which converge to deepen my capacities and keep me inspired.
